Rawa, Dorothy B.

Dorothy B. Rawa Krawiec Dorothy B. Rawa Krawiec, 76, of Erie, died January 16, 2006 at her residence. She was born in Erie May 14, 1929, daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine Aleksiewicz Rawa. Dorothy co-owned Keystone Bowling Supplies with her husband Lawrence. She was a member of St. Luke Church, Polish Falcons Nest 123 and the Siebenbuerger Club Auxiliary. She was an avid Ohio State Football fan and she loved flowers and enjoyed gardening. Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Lawrence G. Krawiec, two daughters, Nancy Lynch and her husband, William, of Madison, Conn., and Susan Krawiec and her friend, Joe Scandale, of Worthington Ohio, one son, Lawrence J. Krawiec, and wife, Brenda, of Erie, five grandchildren, Peter Lynch and wife, Tiffany, Amanda Lynch and husband, Christopher Linscott, Patrick Lynch and fiance, Margo Andrews, Victoria Krawiec and Melanie Krawiec; one great-grandchild Mackenzie Lynch; one sister, Theresa Davis, of Erie; and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Carl A. Slomski & Son Funeral Home, Inc., 2101 Ash St. on Wednesday 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., and may attend a service there Thursday at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Luke Church at 10 a.m. Burial will be at Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
